Overview

Zedvance, a financial services provider, sought to increase awareness and drive downloads for its MoneyPal mobile app. MoneyPal offers seamless financial solutions, enabling users to access quick loans, manage transactions, and enhance their financial well-being. To accelerate user adoption, the brand needed a strategic media plan that would effectively reach its target audience in key cities.

Challenge

With a growing number of fintech apps competing for user attention, Zedvance faced the challenge of breaking through the noise and convincing potential users to download MoneyPal. The goal was to build strong visibility in high-traffic areas where the target audience could be engaged repeatedly.

Solution

Media Pool developed an out-of-home (OOH) media strategy to maximize visibility and engagement. By leveraging lamp pole advertising along major traffic routes, the campaign ensured high-frequency exposure to commuters and pedestrians.

To bring the campaign to life, Media Pool implemented a well-targeted lamp pole advertising strategy across two major cities—Port Harcourt and Abuja. A total of 40 lamp poles were strategically positioned along high-traffic commuter routes, with 20 in each city, ensuring repeated exposure to a mobile-savvy audience.

These placements were carefully selected using behavioral insights, focusing on locations where individuals in need of financial solutions were most likely to see the ads multiple times. This localized and high-frequency approach created the visibility and familiarity needed to drive app downloads and engagement.
